Cardio workouts and leg muscles tiring out? - tire leg

I want to do my heart and exploitation. The problem is that running when I start, not long in the legs (upper and lower leg) to take tires. This is especially bad because it prevents a type of maintaining a healthy heart.

Is there a way to prevent your leg muscles too tired, cramps, etc.? It would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
